Mark Dolter is the President of MSU Software Consultants.
Mr. Dolter is a native Iowan. He graduated from University
of Dubuque in 1979 with a degree in Business Administration.
He went on to school at Clarke College and graduated with
a degree in Computer Science. In 1981, during his college
years, Mr Mark worked full time at the local meat packing
plant to pay for his college expenses. In September of 1983
he moved to Cedar Rapids, Iowa to work for Square D Company
as a Computer Programmer/Analyst.
Mr.
Dolter has been in computer software industry for twenty years.
He has worked in a variety of positions during this time period.
He has experience in programming, consulting and project management.
He is well known throughout the United States and at the International
level in the software industry. Mr Dolter Believes that through
his education, experience and business contacts, he can keep
MSU Software Consultants growing and profitable.
In order to augment his skills,
Mr. Dolter has enlisted the help of Carla Schrad from
Honkamp Krueger Accounting Firm, David Kim from Goldstein
& Associates Law Firm and Steve Sprague, the director
of the Kirkwood Small Business Development Center. Other resources
that have been consulted with were John Lane from the John
Lane Law firm and Larry Hagerman at New York Life Insurance
Company.
MSU
was established in 1997 as a Limited Liability Corporation.
John Lane was responsible for preparing the Articles of Organization,
Operating Agreement and Registration of MSU with the state
of Iowa. |
